Who can sign up to Cooling United Club by Danfoss?
This Club is exclusively for contractor companies within the refrigeration and air conditioning industry in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). The membership account is a company account and the person signing up must be authorised to act on behalf of the company.
How do we collect points in Cooling United Club by Danfoss?
Points are allocated to your company account when you register an invoice that includes qualified Danfoss Cooling products. It is possible to collect more points through other actions as well e.g. through recommendations. You can read more here.
I want my purchase automatically registered in the CUC. What should I do?
There is an option available only for Wolseley clients. To gain points without a duty of purchase registration, you have to:
1. Buy qualified products in Wolseley
2. Complete your Account Number during sign up or do it on your account clicking by editing your data here
3. Checked 3rd consent which allows us to analyze your purchase made at Wolseley by editing your consents here
I completed my data with Account Number. How to make sure everything is correct, and my purchases will automatically converted into points?
1. Make sure your account number presents on your account here
2. Make sure your Account Number is right – the correct Account Number includes seven signs (only letters and numbers).
3. Make sure you agreed to provide the club organizer information about my purchases of Danfoss products from Danfoss wholesalers (3rd consent) here
How can we be sure to receive Club updates?
All important information will be published on your individual account, including the information about your current Club score as well as the latest about the Club and Danfoss Cooling in general. Just visit the News section either in the website or the mobile app.

Can we change the personal data that we have registered in the account?
Yes, you can change almost all data each time you log in your account. You can make changes in the tab Contact data on My Account. However, if you wish to change your e-mail address, which also serves as your username, you need to contact our customer service team via This email address is being protected from spambots. Which Danfoss Cooling products are the Qualified Products?
In the tab Qualified Products, you will find almost 1,000 Danfoss Cooling products that are all eligible for points.
Where can I buy the Qualified Products?
In Cooling United Club, we only accept invoices issued by authorised Danfoss Cooling wholesalers. The authorised wholesalers are listed here.

INVOICES
Does it matter when we register our invoices?
It does matter. An invoice must be registered in the Club by the end of the month following the purchase month. For example, the invoice for any purchases made in November can be registered until 31 December. Any invoices sent to the Club after the expiry of that deadline will not be accepted and are therefore not eligible for points.
Does it matter from which wholesaler we buy Danfoss Cooling products?
Yes, it does. Cooling United Club by Danfoss only accepts invoices from the wholesalers listed here.
How can we register invoices?
There are three simple ways to register an invoice: You can register your invoices by uploading the invoice files to the website, you can take a photo of the invoice and send it via the mobile app or you can send us your electronic invoice to our e-mail: This email address is being protected from spambots. When will our collected points be visible on our membership page?
The invoice will be verified within three working days of the registration. Once the invoice is accepted in your account, you will be awarded the relevant points. In the tab Invoice history, you can check how many points have been allocated to you for a given invoice.
How are the invoiced products converted into points?
The list of products, as well as the number of points allocated to each product, can be found under the Qualified Products tab.
Can we register all our invoices at the same time?
No, you must regularly register your invoices. In accordance with the Terms and Regulations, points will be allocated for invoices sent within the deadline. The deadline is the month of the invoice issue plus one month. As an example, if you have an invoice issued in February 2020 you can register it until 31.03.2020. Invoices registered after the deadline will not be accepted and thus no points will be allocated.
What do the different invoice statuses mean?
The status ‘Accepted’ means that the points have been awarded for the invoice. The status ‘Awaiting’ means that the points have not yet been awarded or that we are facing a problem with the given invoice. This also means that one of our customer service assistants will contact you to clarify our doubts. The status ‘Cancelled’ means that the invoice has failed to be accepted. The most frequent reasons for rejection of the invoice are:
- The same invoice has been sent to us twice
- The invoice is not eligible, and we are unable to identify the invoice data necessary for the registration such as date of sale, VAT ID number, product names, quantities or units
- The invoice doesn’t include Qualified Products
- The invoice has been registered later than the deadline as outlined in the Terms and Conditions (month of invoice issue + one month)
Can we send more than one invoice in one file?
One file must contain only one invoice. An invoice with more than one page should be scanned in one file in page sequence and sent via our website or by e-mail. If you want to send an invoice with more pages through the mobile app, please take photos of the respective pages and send them in page sequence.
We have registered invoices but can’t see any points in our account. Why is that?
Only qualified products are eligible for points, so please check the list here to ensure that the products on your invoices are in fact included.
If you have opted to have your Wolseley purchases registered automatically, make sure that you have entered your Wolseley account number in your Contact data and given your consent for the registration.
If both these criteria are met, it could simply be that your registrations happened after we settled the points for the given month. But don’t worry – your points will of course be added soon. MOBILE APP
What is the Cooling United mobile app?
This app has all the functionalities of the Club website and makes invoice registration very simple. In the app, you simply take a photo of the invoice and send it. The app also ensures access to regular updates and an easy overview of your collected points.
Which devices can run the app?
All smartphones and tablets with IOS or Android system can run the app.
How can we download the mobile app?
Depending on your smartphone or tablet, you can download the app from App Store or Google Play. Simply search for Cooling United Club.
Can we use the mobile app without a membership account?
It is only possible to use the Cooling United Club mobile app if you have a membership account.

THE REWARDS
What can we use our collected points for?
The rewards of Cooling United Club by Danfoss are based on cashback. Your points are converted to pounds and transferred to your company VISA® Cooling United Club card.
When will we get the reward card?
As a member of the Club, your company will receive the VISA® Cooling United Club card when you have collected the first 500 points. You will receive an email requesting you to fill out the data needed to issue the card. Note that the card must be issued to a person and therefore we will need a date of birth and postal address. Your data will be shared with and verified by the card issuer. Once you have received the card, we will transfer cash every month based on your collected points. It is only the first transfer that is dependent on you reaching 500 points.
When will we receive cashback payments once we have the VISA® Cooling United Club card?
Every month, we will transfer pounds matching the number of points you have collected in that given month.
How do you convert points into pounds?
We use the following conversion ratio: 10 Points = 1 British pound (GBP)
Is there a limit on the amount of cashback?
There is no limit. It all depends on the number of registered invoices and collected points.
What can we do with the funds collected on the VISA® Cooling United Club card?
The Cooling United Club VISA® card can be used like any other VISA® card. The intention is of course that the cashback is used to reward your company and your colleagues.
How do we activate the VISA® Cooling United Club card?
When you receive the card, you will also receive instructions on how to activate it. Once your card is activated, you can retrieve your PIN code by calling +44 207 2638542. You should have your card and access code available when calling. This process will further increase the security of the funds transferred to your card.
We lost our VISA® Cooling United Club card. What should we do?
If your VISA® Cooling United Club card is lost or stolen, please cancel the card immediately by calling the card hotline: 01908 303488.
